1. Vector AI Ingestion & Training Memory
When an authorized server administrator executes the contextual command, the text content of that specific message is securely extracted. This raw context string is mathematically converted into vector arrays within our Upstash Vector Index to optimize machine-learning prediction algorithms.
2. Low-Confidence Automated Deep Analysis Trigger
If a user submits an active support channel query and the response confidence assessment score evaluates **below the 0.85 evaluation threshold**, the application automatically triggers a Deep Analysis pipeline. To formulate a contextual assistance dashboard for administrative staff mitigation, the system reserves the functional right to scan, parse, and temporarily aggregate historical server message text, historic server rules files, and channel history profiles.
3. Multi-Tenant Data Sandboxing & Isolation
All ingested data blocks and spatial vector variables are isolated using dedicated Discord Guild ID metadata keys (guild_id). Multi-tenant information leaks are completely locked down by database routing filters; your community's vectorized history blocks can never be scanned or referenced by external entities.
4. Data Retention & Purging Lifecycle
Transient transactional variables and chat ticket channels are safely and permanently deleted from live storage models instantly upon the invocation of the user-facing closure actions.
